Hati adalah tempat kita menyimpan segala persaan terdalam. ”semuanya bersumber dari hati” kata orang bijak. Jadi ketika kita mencinta, itu murni dari hati, dari dalam kita. Bukan dari luar; berapa banyak hartanya, betapa rupanya, dll. Karena berasal dari dalam, maka tak ada alasan masuk akal untuk mencintai. Kita mencintai seseorang, iya, karena kita mencintainya. Itu keluar begitu saja. Tak ada jawaban untuk sebuah pertanyaan, ”Mengapa aku mencintaimu?”

Membaca postingan ini, reaksi pertamaku adalah “really???? is there such kind of love?” Beberapa waktu yang lalu, ketika masih aktif menggunakan friendster, aku pernah nulis tentang “beauty is yes so important to men”. Aku jadi bertanya-tanya jika bukan dari luar, apa yg menstimulasi hati untuk mencintai seseorang? Biasanya kita mencintai seseorang karena orang itu menarik, enak diajak ngobrol, cantik, ganteng, pinter, rajin, kalem, periang, etc, yang mana semuanya itu menurut aku berasal dari luar.

Welcome to my new named-with-myname blog, guys

Hai… hai…

I’m so happy today that I just bought my self this new home. Finally there’s a anastasia-rajagukgukDotCom. Never thought about it before. Kinda cool, eh? :p

Honestly I’m a little confused what to write in this home sweet home. Should I write about niche thing? Or about my job? I know there are so many people out there desperately need information about banking, especially for the credit stuffs. Everyday my previous home indicates that at least 20 unique visitors find me thru search engines with keyword “kpr” or “biaya kpr” or “syarat kpr”. Such a needed topic, right? But…. but…. if I just fill this home with that stuff, what about my other interests? U know, I’m in luv with some other things, too ==> intenet, money, food, food, food, food, hehehe….

Sebelumnya gw udah pernah review tentang speed yg memuaskan dari Indosat M2 Broadband di sini, tetapi akhir-akhir ini kecepatan IM2 mengecewakan, terutama kemaren malam.

Kemaren malam gw ga bisa ngerjakan apapun di dunia maya karena jaringan IM2 Broadband yang lagi lambaaaaaaaaat banget. Aneh. Ga seperti biasanya. Tapi gejala-gejalanya udah keliatan sih 3 hari belakangan ini. Kemarin-kemaren gw test speed hanya nyampe 600an kbps. kemaren malam? O la la…. Silakan aja liat hasilnya di sini:

No, I won’t talk about the song, nor the music, nor the lyrics, because I know not a bit about them. I want to talk about the sweet sweet memory it brings back.

The memory when I was still a 3rd-year-undergraduate student, living in a house named “blue house”. No no, don’t be mistaken, the name doesn’t mean something related to triple x, sadness, or etc. It means literally. The house was painted blue inside and outside, and the furnitures were also blue. It’s a big beautiful house actually with a good air ventilation and nice girls living there.

Nor my wedding anniversary,

But Tantri and Bimo gave me a present which exactly what I need. I almost believe that Tantri can read my mind hehehe…. Before showing me the present, they treated me a cup of delicious noodle nyuummmmy. How lucky I am.

saya rencana beli rumah melalui KPR bank BNI tapi biaya yang harus saya keluarkan sebesar 5-7% dari nilai KPR yang disetujui oleh bank akhirnya saya pikir2 dulu apa nilai itu nggak kebesaran kalau dihitung besar kira Rp9 juta

Menurut saya:

Biaya KPR sebesar 5% - 7% dari plafon kredit yg disetujui itu merupakan biaya standard di kebanyakan bank. Sebelum menjawab pertanyaan ini, sebaiknya kita perhatikan lebih dekat rincian biaya yang tercantun di Surat Persetujuan Kredit. Secara umum, biaya KPR di bank dapat dirinci, sbb:

Well…, the title should be: How Biro Jodoh di Koran has made my day!

Today I have the most terrible miserable day. It’s sooooo bad that I can’t describe to you, guys. It felt like I wanted to scream to everyone who dared to speak to me. Grrrrr…. Woke up with a fever and headache, many jobs were undone, got complained from some partners, and not enough…, my boss preached me for 30 minutes on phone! God help me. Moreover, it’s esia phone which will burn your ear and nerve if u use for even 5 minutes. Oh wait…, unfortunately, that’s not all. A friend called me to share about his problems. God, please really help me.

A week ago I decided to change my internet connection from XL megadata to Indosat Broadband im2. I took the XL megadata package of 250MB/month that costed me Rp 100rb/month. Finally the 250MB/mo is not enough anymore for me. That’s why when oneday me and my hubby went for windows shopping in a lazy afternoon to mall ambassador, where we met the sales counter of Indosatm2, I with no doubt (cieee) took the package immediately. Tetapi syarat pengajuan dan kelengkapan dokumen ini sangat tergantung pada pekerjaan calon debitur (pemohon kredit).
